Why it matters: Our Product Manager I will play an integral role in driving the vision for Axios HQ as an AI-powered essential communications tool.

• Boosting product usage in order to achieve business outcomes
• Deeply understanding and how our product fits into our customers’ lives
• Driving product discovery to uncover powerful product opportunities that move our metrics
• Collaborating with product design and engineering to deliver an outstanding product experience
• Working with stakeholders across departments
• Using iterative practices to learn, test, and ship novel solutions to our customers
• Steering product delivery using Shape-up method

The details: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios HQ’s mission and values - raise the bar, stay curious, be inclusive, always, and champion each other - and have the following skills/experience:

• 1-3+ years of professional product management experience on a software product, ideally SaaS
• Commitment to quality: pride in delivering unmatched products with measurable value
• Strong product intuition and strategic thinking
• Ability to drive alignment on complex projects
• Experience working closely with designers and engineers
• Experience with interviews or customer onsite visits
• Facility with product analytics and reporting tools
• Track record of shipping products that solve real problems and delight users
• Working knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Experience working on a B2B product preferred
• Experience with products with agency or AI preferred not required

Don’t forget: 

• Axios HQ believes in fair and equitable pay. Base salary for this role is in the range of $95,000-$115,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills.
