The opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is central to our mission, as you will be responsible for guiding the evolution of our software. You will bridge the gap between our users and our technical team, ensuring that every feature we ship adds real value and clarity to the lives of our customers. By working closely with our designers and engineers, you will help us maintain our high standards while pushing the boundaries of what our AI-driven communication tool can achieve.

A day in the life

• You will dive deep into product discovery, uncovering new opportunities that directly impact our core metrics and improve user satisfaction.
• You will collaborate daily with our design and engineering teams to build and ship innovative solutions, often utilizing the Shape-up method to guide our delivery process.
• You will analyze product usage data and engage directly with customers to ensure our roadmap remains aligned with the real-world needs of the organizations we serve.

Who you are

You are a curious, entrepreneurial thinker who is committed to building high-quality software. You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS environment. You are comfortable navigating the nuances of B2B products and have a solid working knowledge of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Above all, you are a strong communicator who can drive alignment across teams and translate complex user needs into actionable product strategies. You are fluent in English and ready to contribute to a culture that values inclusivity and mutual support.
