What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a hybrid role based in Australia where you will serve as an integral member of our Product team. You will provide essential technical expertise for our insurance product portfolio, ensuring our offerings remain competitive, meet all regulatory obligations, and align with our core values. We are happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants for this position.
What will you do?
- Implement the product strategy for our Group Insurance offerings while providing technical input for future product pipelines.
- Support our transition to a new superannuation administration provider and contribute to business requirements for insurance.
- Identify and execute opportunities to enhance the customer experience and assist in the preparation of board papers and reporting.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a hands-on product manager with a deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate across a business and with third parties. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial services sector, specifically within superannuation or insurance products.
- A strong grasp of legislative and regulatory requirements, along with experience working with the Office of Trustee.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and a demonstrated alignment with our values of action, authenticity, empathy, curiosity, and connection.
- Fluency in English.
