About the Role
This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Product Manager. You will play a vital role in our product organization by driving innovation and supporting the delivery of transformative tools used by thousands of physicians and nurses across the country. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes and help reduce the cost of healthcare on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep our development cycles moving efficiently.
- Take ownership of the product backlog by focusing on HL7, FHIR, and X12 standards to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of interoperability.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure our product initiatives align with company-wide objectives and long-term roadmap goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a Product Management capacity.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and X12.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bonus points if you have experience with bulk FHIR, HL7 interface engines like Mirth, or participation in HL7 working groups.
Location
This role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
