We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our product ecosystem and cultivate strong, productive relationships with our stakeholders.
- Lead discovery efforts, including customer interviews and competitive analysis, to build a high-impact product roadmap that aligns with our long-term vision.
- Collaborate across teams to balance urgent needs with long-term strategic goals, ensuring we consistently deliver measurable value to our users.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, specifically focused on building technical products.
- Proven ability to thrive in an Agile environment with a track record of managing end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience navigating fast-paced, scaling business environments where priorities shift frequently.
- A history of achieving or exceeding performance goals by deeply understanding user needs and operationalizing effective strategies.
- Strong skills in competitive analysis and stakeholder management, with a proactive mindset toward improving processes and frameworks.
