What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from initial strategy and design to final implementation. You will be a central figure in translating complex customer needs into a clear roadmap while collaborating closely with our engineering teams to deliver results. Your work will be vital to our mission, and you will be expected to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution. You can work from anywhere in the world.

• Identify and prioritize product improvements by synthesizing customer interview insights with data analytics.
• Create initial product designs and technical specifications to guide the development process.
• Manage cross-functional execution by coordinating with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure efficient delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a holistic thinker who can quickly simplify problems and implement practical solutions. We look for individuals with at least five years of experience in product management or top-tier consulting, ideally within the fintech sector. You should possess strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency with SQL and Mixpanel, alongside a sharp eye for UX design. We value candidates who have experience working with immigrant communities and a genuine passion for social change. While not mandatory, fluency in French is strongly preferred, and experience with Figma or a technical educational background will be considered a significant asset.
