What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team on a full-time basis. Based in Massy, France, you will work in a hybrid capacity to help define our product roadmap and strategy. Your core responsibilities will include the following:

• Collaborating directly with our CEO to shape the product vision and roadmap while acting as the primary bridge between business, engineering, and design teams.
• Leading discovery phases to gather user insights and translating those needs into actionable features that drive value for our customers.
• Managing the product backlog and participating in delivery phases to ensure high-quality solutions reach production alongside our engineering team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of experience in product management or as a product owner, ideally within a SaaS B2B environment. You should be a strong communicator who is fluent in both English and French, as you will frequently present features and gather requirements from diverse stakeholders. We value candidates who are organized, analytical, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. A solid grasp of Agile methodologies is essential, and any background in Lean principles or collaborative software will be considered a significant advantage. While not required, a strong technical foundation is highly appreciated for this role.
