At Luna, we are on a mission to transform the physical therapy industry. We believe that physical therapy is a powerful tool for recovery and long-term health, yet the current system often leaves both patients and therapists feeling exhausted. By leveraging technology and innovation, we are making it significantly easier to provide and receive care. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity to lead our web applications and third-party integrations. If you are a fast-moving professional who wants to help us drive faster recoveries and reimagine the patient experience, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our web applications, which are essential for managing customer intake, medical record auditing, and reporting for our partners.
- Oversee product-related tasks for third-party systems, including the implementation of new integrations and the decommissioning of legacy tools.
- Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to identify new features, conduct user interviews, manage sprint planning, and ensure every release is executed effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Between 5 and 8 years of total professional experience, with 3 to 5 years specifically dedicated to product management for web applications.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though we are happy to consider relevant professional experience as a substitute.
- Strong preference for candidates with a background in B2C or digital marketplace environments.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering and design teams to plan and execute complex features.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with diverse stakeholders across clinical, billing, and technical departments.
- A learning mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment where we value rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
What we offer
Joining our team means becoming part of an award-winning company recognized by Forbes and Fast Company for our innovation and culture. As a remote team member, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- The opportunity to grow your career alongside a startup that is actively revolutionizing healthcare delivery.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, which begins on the first of the month following your start date.
- Company-paid life insurance.
- Generous paid time off and holiday policies.
- Stock options to ensure you share in our collective success.
- Supportive leadership that is invested in your professional development.
