Product Manager, Warehouse Management Systems at Stitch Fix

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At Stitch Fix, we lead the online personal styling industry by combining expert stylists with advanced AI to help our clients look and feel their best. As we continue to innovate in the retail space, we need a dedicated professional to help us refine our warehouse management systems and omni-channel fulfillment strategies to ensure we continue delivering a seamless experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear product vision for our warehouse management systems that aligns with our long-term business objectives and operational goals.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to build and manage the product roadmap, ensuring we drive efficiency and improve the client experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert by staying current on industry trends in logistics and retail automation while facilitating strategic discussions with key stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in supply chain technology and product management. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, business operations, or logistics strategy.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Deep functional expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and a solid understanding of omni-channel retail and supply chain optimization.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes, manage data-driven projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for leveraging technology to solve operational challenges.
