Botify is a global enterprise software leader that helps ambitious brands turn organic search into a high-impact performance marketing channel. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Paris to lead the growth of our innovative Botify Activation suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch new features that utilize AI and automation to deliver significant SEO results.
- Act as the primary voice of our customers to ensure their needs are represented throughout the development process.
- Identify and prioritize solutions that address specific customer pain points.
- Collaborate on the global product roadmap and refine feature concepts to meet business objectives.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to scope technical strategies and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Manage feature specifications within an Agile framework.
- Support go-to-market initiatives alongside our sales and product marketing teams.
- Monitor usage data to report on the performance of new projects and features.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience specializing in technical SEO.
- Minimum of 2 years working closely with engineering teams to write clear specifications and manage complex trade-offs.
- Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to conduct user research and apply those insights effectively.
- A data-driven mindset with a proven ability to use analytics to inform product strategy.
- A successful history of managing projects from initial discovery through to final release.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding startup environment.
