As a Product Manager for Revenue and Operations, you will be instrumental in scaling our business by optimizing our revenue cycle management and internal corporate functions. This role is designed for someone who thrives on identifying inefficiencies and building scalable, automated systems that allow our company to grow smarter and faster. You will work from our office in Nashville, TN, on a hybrid basis, or remotely if you are located in the NJ/NY area.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute the product strategy for end-to-end revenue cycle management, focusing on billing, collections, and cash acceleration.
- Design and implement workflow, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with our Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to transform business requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure improvements in financial outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the product lifecycle for internal systems supporting HR, Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
- Transition our internal operations away from manual spreadsheets and fragmented tools toward robust, auditable infrastructure.
- Manage build versus buy decisions and lead the integration of third-party platforms.
- Champion the adoption of new tools through effective communication and change management across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product management or a product-adjacent operational role.
- Direct experience with revenue cycles, billing processes, or finance operations.
- Proven ability to build AI-driven solutions within regulated environments, specifically those involving HIPAA compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within the healthcare sector or other highly regulated industries.
- A background in developing internal tools, automation platforms, or complex operational systems.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted products, OCR technology, workflow engines, and advanced analytics tooling.
