About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager for our Platform to join us on a full-time basis. In this mid-level role, you will take ownership of the core user experience and client-facing features of our institutional trading platform. You will be responsible for designing seamless workflows that support the entire client journey, from initial onboarding and account setup to complex portfolio management and trading activities, ensuring our tools meet the high standards expected by professional investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the product vision and development roadmap for our institutional trading platform.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify client needs and deliver comprehensive solutions that address their most pressing challenges.
- Create exceptional experiences across critical user journeys, including account funding, onboarding, and active trading.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor's degree in a field such as Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or Business.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, specifically within the trading or financial platform sectors.
- A proven history of launching and scaling complex products from the initial concept phase through to final delivery.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to lead cross-functional groups effectively.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track metrics related to user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Technical familiarity with API design principles, including experience with REST and WebSocket APIs.

This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $170,000 USD annually, which will be determined based on your specific experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to this compensation, you will enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment.
