Product Manager, Platform & Internal Tools at Mudflap

The role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to focus on our Platform and Internal Tools. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the systems that support our mobile and web-based products, which are used daily by tens of thousands of small trucking businesses. We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive meaningful operational impact through strategic product development.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and execution for enterprise projects and internal tools to improve system efficiency and clarity across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, marketing, customer support, finance, and legal to define roadmaps and deliver results based on clear metrics.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for our internal tooling strategy, ensuring our systems integrate seamlessly to support our long-term business goals.

Skills and experience

• Proven expertise in building and maturing internal tech stacks, including deep familiarity with CRM, marketing, and support platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Braze.
• Strong technical proficiency, specifically including SQL skills, to support data-driven decision-making.
• A strategic mindset with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive business impact and optimize platform integrations.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $190,000 USD, depending on your individual skills and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer the following benefits:
