We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Los Angeles to lead the optimization of our Planning and Allocation Platform. In this role, you will act as the primary system owner, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution to ensure our planning processes are efficient, scalable, and fully integrated.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for our Planning and Allocation platform, ensuring it remains synchronized with all downstream systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for all planning and allocation workflows.
- Manage the product roadmap by translating stakeholder requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Coordinate with third-party software providers to resolve technical issues and influence future feature development.
- Draft detailed product specifications and business requirements using Agile methodologies and Scrum boards.
- Collaborate with internal developers to communicate project expectations and ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct functional and regression testing, including User Acceptance Testing, for all new feature releases.
- Perform post-mortem analyses on integration issues and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Build robust reporting and alerting processes to provide actionable insights to the business.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance overall system functionality.
Must-haves
- Extensive hands-on experience managing Planning and Allocation software.
- Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP.
- Strong background in project management, specifically for back-office software systems.
- Familiarity with IPaaS tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Celigo.
- Solid understanding of SDLC procedures and best practices.
- Functional knowledge of data table structures and advanced forecasting capabilities.
- Basic understanding of wholesale system requirements, including EDI.
- Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is $140,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year.
