What is this role?

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a critical position within our Payouts and Treasury department, which serves as the engine of our entire ecosystem. You will be responsible for the infrastructure that ensures our customers receive their funds securely and instantly. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and technology to drive business growth.

What will you do?

• Define and communicate a clear product vision for our payouts and treasury platforms that aligns with our broader company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and various stakeholders to manage the product discovery process, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the delivery of high-quality features.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams using our transfer services, balancing priorities through transparent communication and negotiation.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in both English and Spanish. You are a strong candidate if you possess the following:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or entrepreneur, specifically within fintech, payments, treasury, or high-volume transaction systems.
• More than 2 years of experience leading teams in agile, collaborative environments focused on experimentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• The ability to engage in deep technical discussions regarding APIs, payment orchestration, and treasury operations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex problems into precise, actionable product solutions.
• A talent for transparent communication and managing stakeholder expectations.
