We are currently looking for a passionate individual to help us scale our impact and refine the tools that thousands of patients rely on every day.
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level role focused on leading the evolution of Connect, our flagship product and the primary interface for patient engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the product roadmap for Connect, ensuring a balance between immediate feature enhancements and our long-term strategic vision.
- Serve as the internal authority on the Redi Network, focusing on how we attract, educate, and support patients throughout their therapy journey.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and client success teams to conduct discovery research, define success metrics, and deliver features that meet evolving market demands.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 6 years of experience in product management, ideally within healthcare or complex digital platform environments.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including the ability to write epics and manage sprint planning.
- Maintain a working knowledge of technical data-transfer methods like REST APIs and SFTP to effectively manage integrations.
- Show proficiency in leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping, data analysis, and organizing user research.
- Exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a unified product strategy.
Location
This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid work model.

- Competitive salary and equity compensation.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance covered at 100%.
- Unlimited and flexible vacation time, along with paid time off.
- Paid maternity and paternity leave.
- Optional 401k plan with a company match of up to 4%.
