The opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Pain Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in executing brand strategies and driving the performance of our pain portfolio. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the United States, requiring your presence at our Stoughton, Massachusetts office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You will be instrumental in ensuring our therapies reach those who need them most while maintaining strict compliance and strategic alignment across the organization.
A day in the life
- You will design and launch targeted marketing initiatives that align with our brand goals and tactical objectives.
- You will collaborate across departments, including Finance, Legal, and Regulatory, to shepherd projects through our internal review processes and into the market.
- You will keep a pulse on the industry by monitoring competitor activities and market trends, ensuring our execution remains sharp and effective.
Who you are
You are a mid-level professional with a background in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. You bring a blend of creative problem-solving and analytical rigor to your work. You are comfortable navigating complex systems and possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA is considered a plus.
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience in product management, market research, or pharmaceutical and biotech marketing.
- You are proficient with the Veeva suite, specifically Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM.
- You possess strong project management skills and excel at verbal and written communication.
- You demonstrate leadership through collaboration, critical thinking, and a tenacious approach to innovation.
- Fluency in English is required.
