The opportunity
We are seeking a Product Manager for Operational Excellence to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the internal tools and platforms that keep our business running smoothly. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that our internal systems are as efficient and high-performing as the customer-facing products we are known for. Reporting directly to our VP of Product, you will have the autonomy to shape our roadmap and the support to see your ideas come to life.
A day in the life
- You will manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle for our internal tooling, ensuring that every feature we build helps us scale effectively.
- You will conduct deep-dive market and financial analyses to inform our strategy, translating complex data into a clear, hypothesis-based roadmap.
- You will collaborate across departments, working closely with our Engineering, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure our solutions are innovative, user-friendly, and fully compliant with varying legislative requirements.
Who you are
You are a mid-level professional with at least three years of experience in product management, ideally within the fintech, proptech, or insurtech sectors. You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and you have a proven track record of building successful partnerships. We are looking for a fast learner who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and can communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at every level of the organization. You should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines, and fluent in English.
