Are you ready to shape the future of dispute management in the payment industry? At Pay By Card, we build cutting-edge software that makes financial transactions faster and more secure, and we are expanding our portfolio with a new MasterCard Dispute Management Software Service.

What you bring

We need a mid-level Product Manager to join us full time in a remote capacity. You will own the complete product lifecycle for our MasterCard Dispute Management Software Service, guiding it from initial concept through market launch while ensuring it meets client needs and complies with industry regulations. Your background in financial technology and payment systems will be essential as you translate market insights into clear product direction.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and client requirements.
Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points that guide development priorities.
Define detailed product requirements in collaboration with development, design, and QA teams, then oversee delivery and performance monitoring using data-driven KPIs.

This role is open to candidates located anywhere.

Requirements

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, and you bring two to five years of product-management experience in financial technology with a focus on payment systems. You understand MasterCard regulations and dispute-management processes, and you have a proven record of delivering successful product launches. Strong project-management abilities, clear communication, an analytical mindset, and comfort working across cross-functional teams round out your profile. Fluency in English is required.
