Our goal is to make delivery fast, simple, and accessible, and we are currently scaling our operations globally. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Hong Kong on a full-time, on-site basis to help us build the next generation of our delivery platform.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute business strategies by utilizing data and research to prepare for future growth.
- Incorporate user research, market analysis, and usability studies into product requirements and wireframes to elevate the overall user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and the broader product team.
- Manage complex projects by breaking them down into actionable features that maximize return on investment.
- Provide clear communication to leadership regarding project plans, data insights, and performance results.
- Design creative, cost-effective solutions in partnership with cross-functional and platform teams.
- Lead full-stack product development alongside a talented group of engineers, designers, and data scientists.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, such as computer science, management, or economics.
- Professional experience in product management or development for mobile and web platforms.
- A proven track record of simplifying complex, ambiguous challenges to achieve measurable results.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to reach ambitious goals within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- The ability to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements when communicating with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a willingness to handle hands-on tasks.
- A willingness to travel internationally to gain deeper insights into our users.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin or Cantonese.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience building your own mobile or web application is considered a significant advantage.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Product Operations Associate role.
