Product Manager – Logistics Systems at CAFU

Key outcomes

• Take end-to-end ownership of our operations stack, specifically the Pulse internal portal and the Pilot mobile application used by our field teams.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for Pulse, focusing on order tracking, asset scheduling, pricing, and live exception management.
• Create intuitive tools that empower dispatchers and operators to manage, reassign, and escalate thousands of daily orders with precision.
• Enhance the Pilot app to ensure our field force receives accurate assignments and seamless notifications while synchronizing critical data with our backend systems.
• Drive operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators such as order delays, cancellation rates, and pilot utilization.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build robust dashboards and optimization loops that support dynamic zone scaling and real-time tracking.
• Orchestrate complex integrations across our routing, scheduling, and order management platforms to ensure our delivery network functions in harmony.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of professional experience in product management, with a focus on logistics platforms, field operations systems, or live operational environments.
• A deep understanding of operational workflows gained through close collaboration with dispatchers or field staff.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret trends and prioritize features based on performance metrics.
• Proven experience designing internal admin portals or dashboards that integrate across multiple backend systems.
• Excellent systems thinking skills, allowing you to design for complexity while maintaining simplicity.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively influence stakeholders across technical, operational, and leadership teams.
• The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment that requires rapid iteration and comfort with ambiguity.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
