Key outcomes
- Take end-to-end ownership of our operations stack, specifically the Pulse internal portal and the Pilot mobile application used by our field teams.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap for Pulse, focusing on order tracking, asset scheduling, pricing, and live exception management.
- Create intuitive tools that empower dispatchers and operators to manage, reassign, and escalate thousands of daily orders with precision.
- Enhance the Pilot app to ensure our field force receives accurate assignments and seamless notifications while synchronizing critical data with our backend systems.
- Drive operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators such as order delays, cancellation rates, and pilot utilization.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust dashboards and optimization loops that support dynamic zone scaling and real-time tracking.
- Orchestrate complex integrations across our routing, scheduling, and order management platforms to ensure our delivery network functions in harmony.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of professional experience in product management, with a focus on logistics platforms, field operations systems, or live operational environments.
- A deep understanding of operational workflows gained through close collaboration with dispatchers or field staff.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret trends and prioritize features based on performance metrics.
- Proven experience designing internal admin portals or dashboards that integrate across multiple backend systems.
- Excellent systems thinking skills, allowing you to design for complexity while maintaining simplicity.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively influence stakeholders across technical, operational, and leadership teams.
- The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment that requires rapid iteration and comfort with ambiguity.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
