Product Manager Lead at GO7

The role

We are searching for a Product Manager Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Israel. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to take full ownership of our traveler-facing flight booking tools. You will act as the primary driver for our white-label solutions, balancing high-level strategy with the hands-on execution needed to deliver impactful products.

Core responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for our highly configurable, white-label flight booking platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure clear execution and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers and cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into intuitive, lovable product experiences.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in software product management, specifically with B2B or B2B2C SaaS solutions.
• A proven ability to take products from the initial concept phase through to a successful launch.
• Strong expertise in customer discovery and the ability to turn complex user needs into actionable product requirements.
• Experience working with white-label or highly configurable software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A background in the travel tech or aviation industry is considered a significant advantage.
