Product Manager, Internal Tools at Seed

The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform team on a full-time, remote basis. In this position, you will lead a cross-functional squad to build and refine the digital infrastructure that powers our growing business. You will act as the bridge between our technical systems and our internal operational teams, ensuring that our tools are as sophisticated and effective as the science we produce. This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about building scalable, thoughtful systems that empower internal users to do their best work.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to deeply understand their operational processes and proactively design product features that drive efficiency and growth.
• Own the full development lifecycle for your team, collaborating closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
• Manage our internal roadmap and ERP systems, such as NetSuite, while using data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives that provide the highest business value.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in scaling software solutions for internal teams. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, specifically working with engineering and design teams to build internal tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and stakeholder management, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical familiarity with data platforms and analytics tools, including SQL, Tableau, Looker, Segment, or Amplitude.
• A scientific approach to decision-making, where you combine quantitative data with qualitative user insights to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proven ability to align diverse teams around a shared strategic vision.

Compensation and benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, plus equity. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being, which includes:
