We are a microbiome science company dedicated to pioneering innovations in living medicines and probiotics to improve both human and planetary health. Our work spans a wide range of fields, from gastrointestinal and metabolic function to environmental restoration through SeedLabs and women’s health via LUCA Biologics. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help us scale the digital infrastructure that supports our mission. What you'll be doing

You will act as a bridge between our internal teams and our technical platform, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and supporting the growth of our business through new product features.
You will manage the full development lifecycle for your squad, partnering closely with engineering and design to deliver solutions that address complex operational challenges, including the management of our NetSuite ERP system.
You will own the strategic roadmap for your team, utilizing data from tools like SQL, Tableau, and Amplitude to create compelling rationales and ensure alignment across all company stakeholders.

What you'll bring

At least 4 years of experience in product management, specifically focused on scaling software solutions for internal users.
A strong technical foundation with familiarity in data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, Segment, or Amplitude.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
A scientific and data-driven mindset, paired with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Professional fluency in English.

What you'll get

The annual salary for this full-time, remote position is $130,000 to $150,000. In addition to your base compensation, you will receive the following benefits:
