About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Internal Systems to join us in a full-time capacity. This role is a unique hybrid position that bridges the gap between technical systems administration and high-level product strategy. You will be responsible for the health and evolution of our operational software stack, ensuring that our tools are scalable and reliable as our business continues to grow. You will report directly to our Director of Product Management and work closely with cross-functional partners to drive efficiency across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for NetSuite and all related internal data sets that support our Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams.
- Serve as the primary system owner for NetSuite, managing user permissions, workflows, and necessary scripting to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Design and optimize complex business processes, including procure-to-pay and order-to-cash workflows, by translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, business systems ownership, or ERP administration, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on NetSuite implementation.
- Strong hands-on technical proficiency with NetSuite administration, including customization and system optimization.
- A deep understanding of operational workflows, such as procurement, audit, compliance, and accounting operations.
- Experience managing system-level integrations across platforms like CRMs, banking tools, and procurement software.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, Figma, and Confluence for documentation, process mapping, and backlog management.
Location
This position is based in the United States. While we offer a hybrid work environment, we have a strong preference for candidates in the D.C. area who can support in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from 120,000 USD to 150,000 USD, with additional eligibility for an annual bonus. We are proud to offer a hybrid work model designed to balance the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.
