We are looking for a senior-level Product Manager to join our team on a contract basis. Australian Ethical is Australia’s original ethical investment manager and fastest-growing super fund, managing over $12 billion in funds with a mission to invest for a better world.
Responsibilities
- Execute the product strategy for our Group Insurance offerings.
- Provide essential support during our transition to a new superannuation administration provider.
- Contribute to the development of business requirements related to insurance.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance on insurance matters.
- Assist in drafting board papers and managing board reporting requirements.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience within the financial services sector, specifically in superannuation or insurance product management.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of insurance and superannuation products, including the full product lifecycle and value chain.
- Strong understanding of the legislative and regulatory landscape.
- Proven track record of working effectively with the Office of Trustee or similar bodies.
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate across the business and with external partners.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Fluency in English.
