We are looking for a senior professional to join us in Switzerland to help bridge our breakthrough engineering with commercial success.
What you'll be doing
- You will act as the primary voice of the customer within our research and development process, ensuring that our product roadmap reflects the real-world needs of reliability engineers.
- You will define the requirements for our next-generation inspection payloads and data analytics tools to ensure our users receive the specific insights they need to maintain their infrastructure effectively.
- You will serve as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle, providing consultative advice to operations leaders on how to mitigate safety risks and maximize the lifespan of their industrial assets.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in reliability engineering and a passion for deep-tech innovation. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience working directly with industrial assets like turbines, pumps, and motors, specifically within inspection workflows and predictive maintenance.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for both plant managers and C-suite executives.
- Deep domain knowledge of reliability engineering fundamentals and asset failure modes.
- Fluency in English and a willingness to travel for 20 to 30 percent of your time.
- A self-starting attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
