Since our founding in 2012, EasyPost has grown into a YC unicorn dedicated to simplifying the complex world of shipping for everyone from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. We built the first developer-friendly REST API for shipping to bridge the gap between modern technology and the traditional logistics industry. As we continue to scale our infrastructure and support the global economy, we are looking for a talented Product Manager III to join our team. What you'll be doing
- You will create and champion a clear strategy for both internal and external developer experiences, ensuring our tools are intuitive and powerful.
- You will conduct market research and gather feedback from developer interviews to identify gaps and prioritize a roadmap that scales our carrier platform.
- You will lead cross-functional efforts by collaborating with engineering, design, and support teams to turn complex user needs into actionable product requirements.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a deep appreciation for the developer community. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a solid software engineering background.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years of experience if you hold a Master’s degree.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a software developer or in a role where your primary customers were developers.
- Proven success in managing the full product lifecycle, specifically with APIs, SDKs, and developer-focused tools.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts for any audience.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
