Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager III to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Romania, where you will act as a strategic bridge between our research function and our core business goals. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering innovative product opportunities, ensuring that our latest technological breakthroughs translate into meaningful outcomes for our global enterprise clients.
Your impact
- Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging technology trends, providing strategic guidance to our leadership team.
- Define the vision and roadmap for initiatives that leverage new technologies, ensuring full alignment with our broader business strategy.
- Oversee user research and experience standards to ensure every innovation meets the high expectations of our customers.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for research. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within technology-driven environments.
- A Bachelor’s degree, with advanced certifications considered a plus.
- Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from initial ideation and development to post-market analysis.
- Expertise in developing product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex market data into actionable business proposals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a track record of managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
- A commitment to operational excellence and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
