About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager II to join our team on a full-time basis. This senior-level position focuses on our Business Checking and Bill Pay products, where you will take ownership of the product lifecycle from initial concept to final execution. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our banking platform by working across departments to deliver exceptional value and a seamless experience to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new feature opportunities and enhancements by analyzing customer feedback and internal stakeholder insights.
- Define comprehensive technical specifications and documentation to guide development teams through the product lifecycle.
- Manage and prioritize your feature backlog to ensure the highest business impact while collaborating with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, risk, and compliance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, with preference given to those with a background in fintech.
- A proven track record of successfully launching products and managing complex projects with competing priorities.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to lead initiatives independently as a self-starter.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including experience with data analysis and SQL.
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is considered a strong asset, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance and Agile methodologies.
Location
This position is available anywhere. We operate under a hybrid work model, with team members gathering in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays to foster connection and innovation.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $147,000 to $176,000 USD, and the role is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. We are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
