As a Product Manager II, you will join us in a full-time, remote capacity to lead the strategy and execution for the Base App’s creator tools. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how users discover, create, and earn within the onchain ecosystem, ensuring our products are as engaging and social as the applications people use every day.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to launch experiences that drive mass adoption and integrate the Base App into daily life.
- Manage the product backlog and quarterly goals while maintaining high velocity in your week-to-week execution.
- Utilize metrics and experimentation to drive measurable improvements in user engagement and retention.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically shipping consumer-facing products from start to finish.
- Proven expertise in either onchain products, such as wallets or social protocols, or mastery of social consumer apps involving growth loops and creator ecosystems.
- A strong owner mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of onchain identity models, gas, transactions, and wallets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think ahead of the curve to elevate our product standards.
What we offer
The annual salary for this position ranges from $180,370 to $212,200 USD. In addition to base compensation, you will be eligible for bonuses and equity. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
