The role
We are looking for a Product Manager II to focus on our supply chain technology. This is a full-time, mid-level position that is 100% remote. To be eligible for this remote role, you must reside in or be willing to relocate to Nebraska, Minnesota, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas, Florida, Nevada, or Utah.
Core responsibilities
- Analyze data from key metrics, user feedback, and product usage to generate actionable insights that guide our product strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders and users to define impactful KPIs that address critical business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to translate business needs into clear, effective user stories and feature sets.
Skills and experience

- Three to five years of experience in product management.
- Practical experience working within Agile development environments.
- A strong grasp of business financials, specifically regarding how product changes impact the P&L and input or output metrics.
- The ability to execute quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
- Fluency in English.
