We are looking for a Product Manager I to join our team and oversee the leadership of one or more product areas. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape product vision and enhance the customer experience. This position is available as a remote, hybrid, or on-site opportunity, and we are committed to providing a flexible environment where you can do your best work.
Key outcomes
- Lead the software engineering product team for assigned areas of low to moderate complexity, translating strategy into detailed requirements, designs, and prototypes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather technical and customer perspectives, identifying specifications for new features and opportunities.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, identify product gaps, and gather feedback on existing features.
- Research market trends and competitive technologies to refine our product roadmap and positioning.
- Build internal and external buy-in to drive growth and improve the overall customer experience.
- Serve as a product evangelist to increase awareness and understanding among our user base.
- Manage the lifecycle of complex projects by breaking them down into manageable phases for design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve strategic debates, solve problems, and ensure team performance remains consistent.
Requirements
- Three to five years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas through writing and diagrams.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proven experience managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to develop product and marketing strategies and present recommendations to executive leadership.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
- Experience working with industrial automation software, such as SCADA.
- Proficiency in documenting ideas and technical specifications accurately.
- Fluency in English.
