As a remote-first organization with a presence across North America and Asia, we are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our offerings.
Key outcomes
- Manage the product development lifecycle to ensure our roadmap priorities meet time-to-market and value targets.
- Take ownership of regulatory commitments, specifically focusing on CMS and The Joint Commission requirements, including Promoting Interoperability and eCQM programs.
- Translate complex market and customer needs into actionable product requirements and feature specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and professional services teams to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
- Analyze data methodologies to produce documentation that supports both internal development and client implementation.
- Guide the product value stream by managing roadmaps, development schedules, and business cases.
- Support advisory boards and user groups to maintain alignment with customer expectations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, business, IT, marketing, or finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience, with 1 to 3 years specifically in product management.
- Strong domain expertise in healthcare IT and hospital workflows.
- Proven ability to define and manage complex product issues using independent judgment and excellent analytical skills.
- Experience working within small, highly focused teams and interacting directly with customers to prioritize specifications.
- Technical familiarity with software design in complex, highly available systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Postgraduate qualifications and active professional memberships.
- Specific experience within the US healthcare regulatory environment, including CMS and TJC standards.
- Working knowledge of eCQM methodologies and reporting.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,264 to $106,511 USD. Final offers are determined based on a variety of factors including internal equity, market data, your specific skills, and relevant experience. Beyond compensation, we offer the flexibility of a remote work environment.
