What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our growth team on a Full Time basis. In this hybrid role based in Israel, you will be instrumental in driving our largest revenue stream by leveraging your expertise in mobile technology and agile development. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Driving the development of our advertiser platform to improve customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
• Defining and executing a clear product vision and roadmap that directly contributes to our revenue growth.
• Leading and inspiring a cross-functional team of engineers to ensure project success and maintain high morale.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position is a problem-solver who thrives in an agile environment. You should possess two to five years of experience within the mobile ad tech industry, specifically with platforms for direct advertisers and performance demand optimization. We value candidates who can bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and business-oriented goals. You must have a proven track record of taking products from the initial proposal stage through to a successful launch. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will act as a central point of contact for various internal departments. Proficiency in English is a significant advantage, and we look for individuals who combine big-picture thinking with a disciplined, phased approach to execution.
