Product Manager - Growth at Speak

We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At Speak, our mission is to transform language learning by replacing traditional, ineffective methods with an AI-powered experience that simulates real-world conversations. We have successfully scaled our platform to become the top-grossing education app in South Korea, and we are now expanding our reach to over 40 countries. With a recent Series C funding round and a valuation of $1B, we are backed by prominent partners like OpenAI, Accel, and Founders Fund. As we continue to grow our team of over 90 people across offices in San Francisco, Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, and Ljubljana, we are seeking someone to help us scale our consumer product to millions of new learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine our growth strategy by iterating on our growth models and identifying key areas for investment.
• Conduct thorough user research and data analysis to form hypotheses that improve engagement, retention, and funnel conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to build new growth loops and optimize the onboarding experience to increase our active subscriber base.

Requirements

• A proven track record of shipping successful consumer products, with specific experience in mobile development.
• Expertise in building robust growth models and a deep understanding of how to influence key metrics through structured experimentation.
• Strong technical literacy and the ability to work effectively alongside engineering teams on data-driven projects.
• Proficiency in conducting user interviews and surveys to uncover actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments.
