The opportunity

As a Growth Product Manager, you will take ownership of our platform for advertisers, ensuring they have the tools they need to acquire, retain, and re-engage their customers. This is a high-impact role where you will define the product vision and roadmap, directly influencing our revenue growth. You will serve as a central hub for the company, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Support to ensure our products fit the market perfectly while driving meaningful business results.

A day in the life

• You will lead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a positive environment and keeping everyone aligned on our shared goals.
• You will manage the entire product development lifecycle, from the initial spark of an idea to a successful launch that meets our revenue targets.
• You will monitor the progress of key initiatives, proactively identifying risks and opportunities while keeping our stakeholders informed every step of the way.

Who you are

We are looking for a mid-level professional who thrives in the fast-paced world of mobile ad tech. You should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically with platforms designed for direct advertisers and performance demand optimization. Success in this role requires a blend of technical depth and business intuition, allowing you to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies. You are a natural leader who is comfortable in an agile environment, and you possess the analytical skills to think big while executing in a measured, phased approach. Because you will be presenting to various teams, your communication skills must be exceptional, and being a native English speaker is a strong advantage.
