Product Manager for Growth Optimization & Restaking at Gauntlet

The opportunity

We are looking for a senior Product Manager to lead our Growth Optimization and Restaking teams. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical data insights and the needs of our users. You will design and prototype solutions for some of the most complex problems in the industry, working closely with our engineers and data scientists to turn raw data into actionable value for DAOs, community members, and protocol teams. This is a chance to shape the roadmap of products that directly influence the economic health of the DeFi ecosystem.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate across teams to guide features from their initial concept through to final launch, ensuring our technical work aligns with business goals.
• You will partner with our design and engineering departments to ship impactful, user-focused features for our incentive management and liquid restaking platforms.
• You will manage direct relationships with our customers and DAO communities, using data-driven metrics to define and track our success.

Who you are

You are a seasoned product leader with at least 5 years of experience in product management, or a similar technical role like a co-founder. You have a proven track record of shipping deeply technical software within the crypto and DeFi space. You understand the nuances of restaking, possess a strong grasp of financial concepts, and know how to build products for complex, organizational customers. You thrive in environments with high ambiguity, and you have experience mentoring junior team members. You must be fluent in English and able to work within the contiguous United States or Canada.
