Product Manager Fleet Handling at MOIA

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Fleet Handling team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Germany. In this role, you will be at the heart of our transition toward autonomous fleets, ensuring our digital vehicle management tools are robust, accurate, and ready to scale.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute a product roadmap that translates our company strategy into a competitive advantage for the future of mobility.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead to share business and technical responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, stable products.
• Maintain alignment across various teams within Vehicle Lifecycle Management to manage dependencies, timelines, and cross-team functionalities effectively.

You possess a strong background in Product Management, specifically with SaaS and API products, and you have experience working alongside backend and algorithm teams. You are a pragmatic problem-solver who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and business value. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be managing multiple stakeholders with diverse backgrounds. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is considered a plus.
