Product Manager, Equipment at Procore Technologies

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our new Equipment solution within the Resource Management group at Procore. As a leader in cloud-based construction management software, we build the tools that help our clients construct everything from airports to housing complexes, and you will play a key role in integrating this new solution while collaborating with our remote teams and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision for our Equipment solution by influencing engineers, designers, and various cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Define product requirements by evaluating user experience, technical feasibility, competitive landscapes, and potential outcomes.
• Balance direct customer feedback with platform-wide strategic thinking to solve complex problems efficiently.
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to guide your decision-making and project prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams and customers to develop solutions that extend beyond software.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs on high-visibility initiatives to C-level executives.

Must-haves

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, specifically within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Direct experience in the construction industry to help guide product value.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into structured, platform-first solutions.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and clear articulation of decision-making.
• A track record of successfully releasing product updates and driving user adoption.
• Fluency in English.
