Responsibilities
- Lead our enterprise product strategy by defining clear requirements that balance user needs with our broader business objectives.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial research and wireframing to deployment, testing, and performance optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our large enterprise customers to ensure their feedback is heard and integrated into our product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product operations teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Ensure our platform maintains robust data interoperability with EHR systems and other healthcare IT infrastructure.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of new features.
- Provide product training to internal teams, including care navigation and customer experience departments.
- Travel nationally up to 20 percent of the time to support our enterprise initiatives.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, as well as interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR.
- Proven track record of working with large enterprises, including payers, hospital systems, or pharmacy benefit managers.
- Technical proficiency in data integration, cloud platforms, and database management.
- Ability to synthesize complex business processes and quantify impact using product analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with diverse stakeholders.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with systems integration and revenue cycle management.
- Background in credentialing or marketing and communications platforms.
- Familiarity with decision modeling and business process workflows.
