At Milk Moovement, we are on a mission to modernize the dairy supply chain by ensuring the right milk reaches the right destination at the right time. As a fast-growing, venture-backed company, we pride ourselves on being agile and thinking differently to provide our clients with the data they need to make critical operational decisions. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our herd and help us continue disrupting an essential industry while leaving things better than we found them.
The role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our data, reporting, and alert initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates residing in Canada. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and customer success to build innovative, user-friendly solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights for our diverse customer base, ranging from family-run farms to large-scale commercial operations.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of data integration and analysis to provide meaningful insights for our users.
- Design and implement sophisticated notification and alerting systems that allow farmers to stay informed and act quickly.
- Collaborate with our platform and BI teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize feature development, and ensure our API workflows meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise and a deep focus on user needs. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with SQL, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, and data integration platforms.
- An analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through dynamic, fast-paced projects.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though we are happy to consider uniquely qualified candidates with equivalent experience.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally. Our benefits package includes:
- Unlimited vacation time, with a strong encouragement to take at least two weeks off annually.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate your personal schedule and lifestyle.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and mental wellness coverage.
- A dedicated budget for professional development.
- Equity opportunities through our stock option plan.
- The ability to work remotely or from one of our hubs in Halifax or St. John’s.
How to apply
If you are ready to help us transform the dairy industry, please submit your resume through our careers page. We also ask that you complete our Get To Know The Candidate form, as we would love to learn more about you. We conduct all interviews remotely to ensure accessibility. Please note that we are currently only accepting applications from within Canada.
