We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team and lead our custom skills and solutions initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define product-level requirements for robot application software, APIs, and equipment integrations, managing these in Jira with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with scrum teams to translate customer needs into actionable technical specifications and work alongside UI designers on mockups and storyboards.
- Support commercial engagements by scoping requirements for everything from initial pilots to full-scale production deployments.
- Partner with other product managers to evaluate custom skill implementations and integrate them into our broader platform roadmap.
- Act as a product owner for agile development teams, handling backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release approvals.
- Serve as a primary liaison between engineering, design, commercial teams, and our customers to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Coordinate effectively across remote teams and departments to maintain consistent communication and execution.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within robotics, IoT, AI, or B2B hardware sectors.
- Proven track record of managing software products through multiple release cycles.
- Strong tactical execution skills, including the ability to break down high-level goals into detailed features.
- Expertise in writing Product Requirement Documents and managing product backlogs using tools like Jira.
- Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience serving as a product owner.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate requirements into actionable data.
Nice-to-haves
- Advanced degrees such as an MS or PhD.
- Experience working with humanoid robot platforms or hardware development.
- Familiarity with robot software, simulation, and testing environments.
- Background in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience collaborating within remote-first or distributed team environments.
