Since 2015, OpenZeppelin has served as the global leader in securing blockchain applications and smart contracts. Our mission is to protect the open economy, and our open source Contract Libraries have become the industry standard for development. By combining our professional expertise with the Defender developer security platform, we empower teams to plan, code, audit, deploy, and operate their projects with speed and safety. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our remote team and help developers thrive across our entire product ecosystem.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement a product vision that ensures our various offerings work together seamlessly to provide a cohesive experience.
- Lead the roadmap for our Contracts library, including strategic investments in Solidity and Cairo, while managing key ecosystem partnerships.
- Collaborate with engineering and developer relations to ship high-quality open source templates, libraries, and prototypes at a rapid pace.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a startup environment. You are deeply embedded in the Web3 space and possess a strong technical understanding of smart contract applications. We are looking for someone who has successfully guided multiple products from initial concept to widespread adoption. You should be a clear communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts simply, and you must have a keen eye for user experience and design. Proficiency in English is required, and experience managing security or developer-focused products is a significant advantage.
What you'll get
We offer a fully remote work environment that allows you to collaborate with a global team. Our benefits package includes:
- Medical insurance coverage.
- An annual learning and development budget to support your professional growth.
- Flexible time off and paid parental leave.
- A one-time work-from-home equipment stipend of up to $500 USD.
- Support for co-working spaces up to $250 per month.
- Opportunities to attend company in-person gatherings held in various locations around the world.
Our interview process consists of a series of 45-minute calls with our recruiting team, your potential peers, and leadership, followed by reference checks. We are an equal opportunity employer and look forward to seeing the unique perspective you will bring to our team.
