The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to progress DailyPay’s Consumer Financial Solutions business. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering directly with key stakeholders to build and launch new consumer financial products such as Cross-Border Payments, Credit Monitoring, etc. that help DailyPay users manage and progress their personal finances. The ideal candidate will have experience building successful consumer products, and ideally have fintech and/or payments expertise.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Work on the ideation, design, launch and improvement of products and features that accelerate user adoption and growth
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Partner with design on user research and usability testing to ensure user centricity in our product development process
- Partner with Compliance and Legal counterparts to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive product improvements
What You Bring to The Team:
- 2+ years of direct software product management experience
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience
- Experience in launching or scaling of consumer products
- Domain expertise in fintech, payments or related areas
- Empathy for users with a drive to discover and resolve their pain points
- Ability to thrive in complex and fast-growing environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
