We are Mews, a hotel tech unicorn valued at $1.2 billion, dedicated to transforming the global hospitality industry through our cloud-based property management solutions. We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join our Compliance team and help us continue our high-growth journey by building innovative, customer-focused products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build delightful user experiences while navigating fiscalization compliance topics like e-invoicing.
- Partner with research, analytics, data science, and operations teams to synthesize customer needs into clear product priorities and roadmaps.
- Own the execution of your product roadmap, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders across marketing, legal, and operations.
- Analyze and report on key product initiatives to executive leadership and internal teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer pain points to drive effective product planning.
- Decompose complex problems into actionable specifications and maintain an objectively prioritized backlog.
- Foster a strong product-focused culture that prioritizes innovation and differentiated user experiences.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in modern product management.
- A successful track record within SaaS B2B technology companies.
- Experience building and deploying B2B2C products or a strong focus on end-user experience.
- Proficiency in working with both structured and unstructured data sets to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong understanding of the product development process and continuous discovery habits.
- Experience using project management software.
- A passion for solving customer problems and challenging the status quo.
Nice-to-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
