We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team at EtherWAN, a Phoenix Contact Company. This full-time, hybrid position is based in the United States and focuses on the development and integration of our hardware and software solutions. You will play a vital role in shaping our product portfolio by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technologies that meet the specific needs of our target markets, such as transportation and public safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our product line, including initial concept, design, mass production, and eventual product end of life.
- Collaborate with our development teams to launch a unified cloud platform while setting clear release deadlines and priorities.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to build a strategic product roadmap that you will communicate to internal stakeholders and executives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, product development, or product marketing within the technology sector.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Visio.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams with integrity and transparency.
- Experience with cloud technology, API integration, and vertical markets like energy or security is considered a significant advantage.
- The ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including international trips, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
What we offer
The base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $125,000, depending on your experience, location, and internal equity. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide the flexibility of a hybrid work environment to support your professional and personal balance.
