At Stedi, we are modernizing the healthcare infrastructure by building the first new clearinghouse in decades. While the industry has long relied on outdated, pre-internet technology to handle essential transactions like claims and eligibility checks, we have developed the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. By offering modern API interfaces alongside traditional EDI processes, we empower healthcare technology businesses to exchange mission-critical data with ease. We are a fast-growing, well-funded organization backed by prominent investors such as Stripe, Addition, and USV, and we are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Claims and Enrollment initiatives.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of the product roadmap for critical segments of our clearinghouse platform.
- Collaborate directly with our CEO and Head of Engineering to define and execute our long-term product strategy.
- Author detailed technical and business documentation, including PR/FAQs, BRDs, and GitHub tickets, to guide development.
- Engage with healthcare customers to gather feedback and translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to create wireframes and deliver high-quality features on a consistent, rapid shipping schedule.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to track product adoption and identify future investment opportunities.
- Provide strategic expertise across our broader product suite to support the company's overall growth.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in product management within the healthcare software industry, with a proven history of launching successfully adopted products.
- Demonstrable success in managing a product roadmap and driving user adoption.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical requirements to engineering teams and stakeholders.
- A deep sense of curiosity and a commitment to building high-quality, reliable solutions.
- The ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where shipping early and often is the standard.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience delivering B2B products via APIs.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on eligibility verification workflows.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or professional experience in software development.
