What you'll be doing
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Business Acquisition & Tooling platform, translating company objectives into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Technology, Insurance Analytics, and Business Leadership to align cross-functional efforts, present quarterly roadmaps to senior stakeholders, and secure buy-in for upcoming initiatives.
- Define product metrics, run A/B tests, and turn data from tools such as Looker, Amplitude, and Fullstory into actionable insights that guide feature prioritization and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally with both internal tools and customer-facing applications.
- A university degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience, along with a proven ability to break down complex problems and deliver results.
- Hands-on experience performing A/B testing, converting data into clear recommendations, and working with a wide range of stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership while collaborating efficiently across teams.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack, plus experience using analytics platforms such as Looker, Amplitude, or Fullstory.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
