What you'll be doing
- You will drive the growth of our external builder ecosystem, ensuring that partners and developers have the tools they need to successfully create automations on our platform.
- You will analyze the motivations and challenges faced by our users to identify which AI models and automation flows will have the most significant impact on healthcare delivery.
- You will own key performance metrics, including builder activation rates, time-to-first-flow, and overall platform retention, to ensure our ecosystem remains healthy and productive.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a senior leader with 5 to 7 plus years of experience in product management who is fluent in English and ready to work remotely from anywhere. You should possess the following qualifications:
- A strong background in platform or ecosystem product management where third-party success is tied to business outcomes.
- Proven experience in reducing friction within complex, multi-step user journeys, especially where there is a steep learning curve.
- A UX-first mindset with the ability to design intuitive interfaces for non-technical users who need to perform technical tasks.
- A data-driven approach to optimizing funnel metrics and user onboarding.
- Demonstrated leadership in working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
- Bonus points if you have experience with automation platforms, developer tools, API design, or building and scaling user communities.
