Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Build Tools initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates anywhere in the world. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how developers interact with our ecosystem, focusing on tools like our Contracts, Wizard, and Upgrades Plugin.
Your impact
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our Build Tools to ensure we continue to scale secure blockchain applications for a global audience.
- Collaborate across development, design, and data teams to discover and deliver solutions that solve real problems for our developer community.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize initiatives based on impact, while establishing clear performance metrics to measure our success and drive future strategy.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally within a startup environment, with a track record of taking projects from concept to launch.
- Deep familiarity with blockchain technologies, specifically Ethereum, and a strong background in the open source ecosystem.
- A technical mindset, typically supported by a degree in Engineering or Computer Science, combined with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Fluency in English and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to working in a distributed, remote environment.
